Everything about Shyanne and Tanner’s beautiful September wedding day was so intentionally chosen. The details, colors, music, and venue all came together so beautifully to create the most magical environment. Even though we were in downtown Mesa, it felt like we had been transported to a fairytale! The Wright House is the perfect wedding venue for Arizona brides searching for a luxurious, European chateau.
Shyanne and Tanner elected for their first look to be at the aisle, so in place of couples portraits, we took as many group portraits as possible with each of them individually. Their colors were beautiful shades of greens, brown, and blues, crafting a timeless and elevated palette.
Their ceremony was elegant and classic, with my favorite detail being their hobbit ring bearers! As the sun went down, they exchanged rings while their loved ones looked on and celebrated.
After the ceremony, we did a few more group portraits with both the bride and groom, and then snuck away for 10 minutes of bridal portraits. The lack of sunlight gave us the opportunity to use both direct flash and ambient light, making for some fun variety in their photos!
This venue has the most charming outdoor seating arrangement. With al fresco lighting, guests enjoyed dinner and toasts to Shyanne and Tanner’s love story.
Finally, it was time for dancing. With a carefully choreographed first dance to a film score (Romantic Flight from How to Train Your Dragon), Tanner and Shyanne kicked off the party!
After hours of dancing, they were sent off by sparklers to start the rest of their lives together as husband and wife. It was a beautiful, thoughtful day, and I’m so grateful to Tanner and Shyanne and their families for having me!
