However you ended up here, I’m so grateful you found me! I thought this a good place to introduce myself and my background, both personal and professional.

I grew up in Snohomish Washington, about an hour north of Seattle, and lived there until I married my husband Jacob in July of 2020. If our love story was a romance novel, it would be a second chance romance, with a light sprinkle of high school sweethearts, and a dash of the miscommunication trope- but what else can you expect from two teenagers! Since getting married, we have lived in Utah, Idaho, Arizona, and Washington. We’ve enjoyed going to baseball games, Hawaii, various concerts, and Disneyland together. One of our most memorable trips was going to California in 2023 for the Eras Tour, a Padres game, and an Angels game, all in one weekend!

In February of 2024, we had a baby girl and love being her parents. I’m so grateful for my camera so I can photograph her childhood! I keep scrapbooks for both Jacob & I, and our daughter, which has been a fun creative outlet and documentation of our lives.

My perfect day would include a bike ride downtown, playing pickleball at the park, getting teriyaki for lunch, and coming home with a bouquet of fresh flowers from the farmer’s market before making a batch of lemon bars to enjoy while playing games with my family. If we’re turning on a movie later that night, my vote will always be a chick flick, something like How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days or Pride and Prejudice.

I was the girl who had a wedding board on Pinterest at age 15, and I always knew I would love when it was time to plan my REAL wedding. Even though it was in 2020 and weddings looked very different, I still loved researching the vendors, the flower types, and the color palette for what would be the most important day of my life! It was through this planning process that I realized I wanted to learn how to create the beautiful images I saw on my computer, and so I bought my first camera, a Canon Rebel T6, and jumped in with both feet.

Although weddings were my first love and my catalyst into photography, I also enjoy taking family pictures, branding materials, and senior photos. I love pushing myself creatively and am so grateful for every single client that trusts me and allows me to be a part of their life! I hope this post helps you get to know me a little bit better, so that I’m less of a stranger to you now. Let’s work together!
