Late summer in Snohomish made for the perfect backyard wedding celebration! After bridal and family portraits, taken at the bride’s childhood home, I rode with the bridesmaids to the church in downtown Snohomish where Grace and Evan’s ceremony was held. It was a beautiful, Christ centered ceremony, a the seats were absolutely filled with friends and family. Religion is a big part of Grace and Evan’s relationship, and it was wonderful to see how supported and loved they are by their congregation!

Following the ceremony, we went back to the beautiful Sturlaugson home where speeches, games, dinner, and dancing were held. Family and friends spoke, with speeches full of tender memories and laughter. The food was incredible, with a dinner celebrating various Asian cuisine and a late night snack station at the shop where dancing ended the night.

After dancing, the couple was sent off on their honeymoon with bubbles, ribbons, and bells. Grace and Evan’s community truly celebrated them, from beginning to end, and it was an honor to be there!
